Casa SuMarco is a charming and comfortable 2-bedroom,
1-bathroom house that’s suitable for up to four people. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has
a hi-riser bed which can be set up as either two singles or a king. There are terra cotta ceramic tile
floors throughout the house.
There are water views on three sides of the house and a huge wrap-around deck. The house has a
fully equipped kitchen, plus a washing machine, air conditioning in both bedrooms and ceiling fans in all other rooms, indoor
and outdoor showers, broadband internet connection with wi-fi, flatscreen tv and a dvd-player with an extensive library of
dvd's (no tv reception), a stereo/radio with cd/ipod player, and a small outdoor gas grill. All bed linens
and bath towels are supplied, but please bring your own beach towels. Everything you need is provided for a relaxing and comfortable
stay.

This sun-splashed sitting room has
two exposures on the bay. It has access to the decks by the front door. There's a DVD-player for the flatscreen TV (there's
no cable or satellite hook-up). We have a varied DVD collection to choose from. There's a stereo/radio with CD-player and
iPod dock. Bring your favorite music with you.

The efficient kitchen has a
full refrigerator/freezer, gas oven/stove, microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffeemaker and all necessary cooking utensils.
There's a small gas grill on the front porch for barbecues. The kitchen has a large tiled workspace island which comfortably
seats four for dining.

The cheerful, bright master bedroom with queen-size bed has large windows facing Ensenada Honda Bay.
Double glass slider doors open onto the back deck and overlook mangrove-lined Coronel Bay. Refreshing eastern breezes cool
the house. A full-wall mirrored closet provides generous storage space.

The second bedroom has two large
windows, one with water view. A hi-riser bed can be set up as two individual twins or
pushed together to make a king-size bed. A mirrored closet in this room has ample shelf and hanging space. The desk alcove
has an ethernet cable for broadband internet connection plus a wireless router to make the whole house wifi. Each bedroom
is air conditioned, all other rooms have ceiling fans.
