minimum.
A minimum one-week stay during holiday periods may apply.

25% deposit on booking,
balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Checks, PayPal and credit card payments accepted. Hotel tax, cleaning fee
additional. Deposits are non-refundable unless booked period is re-rented (a $25 cancellation fee will be deducted).
For stays of 2 weeks
or more, weekly housekeeping can be arranged.
