is 4. There is a 3-night minimum. Deposit of 25% is required on booking, full balance due 30 days prior to check-in date. Rates are subject to a 9% hotel tax. We accept payment by
check or credit card via PayPal (credit card will have 3% surcharge). Deposits are non-refundable unless booked period is re-rented (a $25 cancellation fee will be deducted), so
vacation insurance is recommended.
