The maximum number of guests permitted is 4. All bookings require
a 3 night minimum. A deposit of 25% is required
on booking, full balance due 30 days prior to check-in date. Rates are subject to a
7% hotel tax. We accept payment by check or credit card via PayPal (credit card will
have 3% surcharge). Deposits are non-refundable
unless booked period is re-rented (a $25 cancellation fee will be deducted), so vacation insurance is strongly recommended.
